Returns, Refunds, Exchange and Claims Policy

We at ESCREO believe in providing the best quality products to our customers. However, we understand sometimes people might want to return or exchange them so herein we lay out our policy regarding such occasions.

By law as a customer of the European Economic Area (EEA), you receive 14 calendar days to cancel or exchange your order because you have changed your mind or have received faulty goods. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

Goods must be returned in their original box and in good condition. An associate will accept your return and give you a drop-off receipt. You will receive credit once your return is received and processed by our fulfillment center. Shipping fees may apply.

If you wish to file a return or exchange claim, please follow the steps below:
1. Download and fill out our returns and exchange form
2. Send the filled form to hello@escreo.com
3. We will contact you within 2 working days


Please note:

We do not accept refunds and exchanges in cases of mishandling the product.

If you have already used our products and you are unhappy with the quality and/or the end result we provide 1 year “No-matter-what” warranty. If you wish to file a claim follow the steps below:
1. Download and fill out our claim form
2. Send the filled form and any applicable files to hello@escreo.com
3. We will contact you within 2 working days
